The Professional Liability Insurance Program is available to eligible psychology practitioners who are members of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) and/or who are members of a participating provincial or territorial organization that is a member of the Council of Professional Associations of Psychologists (CPAP).
The following provincial/territorial association members of CPAP are participating in the program:
Participants must maintain their membership in CPA and/or a participating CPAP provincial/territorial association to continue or renew their insurance coverage.
Psychologists and Psychological Associates who are members of CPA or a participating CPAP provincial/territorial association are eligible to participate in the program.
Graduate students may secure coverage under the policy when practicing under the direct supervision of a psychologist or psychological associate.
